Welcome to the Dominican College of Notaries! The Dominican College Of Notaries mission is to promote transparency and professionalization, and to defend the notarial function.
Transparency is essential in the fortress of a well-functioning public and private registries, along with serving as trusted witnesses of business transactions. Professionalization is indispensable for reducing fraud and offering services such as: certification, legal advice, mediating services, and banking safekeeping to individuals as consumers, professionals and collectors.
Defense or litigation of the interests of the notaries for contractual processes, including representation before administrative bodies, the judiciary, notarial unions, associations, public registry boards of directors, private registry institutions, international bodies, supervising agencies, public ministries, and embassies, consulates, and diplomatic missions.
