The Dominican College of Notaries has been a leading notary organization, representing notaries public since 1967. Founded in 1967 and based in San Diego, California, the Dominican College of Notaries works under the legal precepts set forth by Law 140-15, Law 89-05, and Decree 1866. With over five decades as a public moral institution devoted to the protection of the notarial function, the legal and ethical behavior of notaries throughout the United States, as well as their professional improvement and development, our leadership ranks notables such as John Richard Paniagua and Dr. Laura Sánchez Jiménez. Here at the Dominican College of Notaries, we further serve a mission of representation, education, and protection for notaries throughout the country.
